Care with Every Wear

Oatmeal has been used for centuries as a soothing agent to relieve itch and irritation associated with various dry skin conditions. In June 2003, colloidal oatmeal has gained the FDA Approval to be used as a skin protectant.

Realising the unique benefits of colloidal oatmeal, Hartalega was able to combine this knowledge
with its innovative glove making technology to offer COATS® – the revolutionary glove that goes
beyond protection.

Barrier

COATS® creates a physical barrier between glove and skin, hence preventing direct irritation from glove film.

Absorption

COATS® absorbs water, urea and salt excretions that cause irritation.

GoodpacTM Technology Used

Innovative GoodpacTM Technology systematically controls dispensing of only one glove at a time. With GoodpacTM alternating layering method, each layer’s
glove cuff will always cover the glove fingers of its immediate lower layer completely. This allows only the top most layer to be pulled by the users, preventing and accidental pulling of the bottom-layered gloves.

Conventional Packing Method

With the untidy and overlapping glove arrangement, users may pull the gloves from the bottom layers unknowingly and resulting in all the other top layers being dispensed together.

When packing to overlap of the gloves’ thumb and fingers occurs as the gloves are folded to fit the box.
